Q: Do you have troubleshooting instructions?

A: Yes. Please run down these checklists, and be sure to check EACH option. They are ranked in order. The first option is the #1 cause of problems.

Problems Common to EVERYONE
  1. Try rebooting your computer.
  2. Try reinstalling our software.
  3. Shut down any background applications.
  4. Check the minimum system requirements.
  5. Software installs but videos play choppy.
  6. Software installs, but video player locks up.
  7. Handbooks: System cannot install Acrobat 6
CD-ROM Users
  1. Check the CD for damage.
  2. Check the CD for smudges or fingerprints.
  3. Setup does not start automatically.
  4. Try a different computer.
  5. CD installs, but WMV files cannot be found
  6. Try other CDs in your computer.
  7. There are no files on my CD-ROM.
  8. Request a replacement CD.
Download Users
  1. I've never downloaded. Do you have instructions?
  2. I can't find the download file.
  3. Check the size of the download file.
  4. I have Windows 95 or NT and the videos won't run.
