Customer Service Policy
Here at 599CD, customer service is very
important to us. We do our best to make sure that every customer inquiry
is answered, and every customer complaint is handled to the best of our
abilities - and as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we are not a very big company. We don't have the
resources to staff a huge call center. We're a small business with a great
product, but a small support staff. For this reason, we don't offer
unlimited free phone support (sales, customer service, technical support)
through a general phone number for our 599CD products. There is just no
way that we could afford to provide unlimited free phone support and still
keep our courses priced so low..
For this reason, we have tried to provide our
customers with everything they need to help themselves online. If you are
having a technical problem, we have a great Online
Troubleshooter that can solve the vast majority of all problems users have with
our courses. You can track the status of your order online using our
Order Status page.
In fact, over
95%
of the questions that people email in to us can be answered by looking
through our Self-Help
resources online. Save yourself some time - look there first.
Of course, if you need help, you can always submit
your question to our support staff free of charge via the Contact
Page on our web site. Due to spam, we have discontinued general
email support, but you can submit your question via our Web site and we
will email you back. Now, again, we are a small company. Sometimes we get
hundreds of inquiries a day, and it can take us a little
while to get
back to you. We will answer every inquiry, complaint, and compliment
(yes, we do apreciate them!) we receive.
If your need for customer service is urgent, for
just $1.00 you can move your inquiry to the top of our support
queue. Again, this is just another way for us to provide a fast turnaround
for service, without having to raise the price of our products. Believe
me, the extra dollar isn't going to make us rich (we only get a few
priority emails a day), but it does allow us to provide priority
service to those customers with a real need for a fast response...
plus it's guaranteed. If we don't get back to you by the close of the
following business day, your email is free, and you are still at the top
of the queue.
NEW: We now also
offer LIVE ONLINE CHAT. We will try to have our
customer service agents available as often as possible to assist you in
our online chat rooms. This is a great new way we can provide you with
customer service, especially if you don't like to pick up the phone.
So, once again, our customers are very important to
us, and we will do everything possible to make sure that you are happy
with your 599CD purchase. We have a great product at a
fantastic price, and we hope that you
