received your CD in the mail and it is visibly, physically damaged, just mail it
back to us, and we'll gladly and promptly ship you out a replacement disc.
In addition, if you would like for us to email you a download code while
you're waiting for your replacement disc, we'll be happy to do so. This
will at least let you download your lessons from our web server so you can
get started learning while you're waiting for your replacement disc.
