The Marquee loop has been depreciated but there are javascript alternatives you can use.

There is one on Remy's site.

It's a jQuery plugin, there are lots about, just have a search on google.

I am using frontpage 2003.I made a hit counter but i don't see any counter in my internet explorer just x mark.
