In order to install your courses, you may need an
installation password for each course you have purchased. These passwords should have been emailed to you
when your order was processed.
If you did not receive passwords
for courses you have already purchased, you can
get them on our Order Status page.
Just use the Order Status page to bring up
your order record, and then click on the Download Code link that's
shown for your order. A page will come up showing all of your courses and
their individual installation passwords.
PLEASE NOTE: There are two different
kinds of passwords we use. You will have your own personal password
to log on to our web site. You can set this on the Order Status page
(above). The second kind of password is a course installation
password which is used to install one of our video courses on your
computer. This is different for every course that you purchase. If you
log on to the Order Status page, you can see all of your course
installation passwords on the "My Courses" screen. |
