This may sound like common sense, but if you have a
different computer there, try installing our software on it. This will
at least rule out the possibility that you have a problem with your CD-ROM
drive or your computer. If our software installs fine on a
different PC, the problem is not with our CD. If it still
doesn't install, you could have a bad CD. |
