A: We ship WORLDWIDE to any country that has normal trade relations with the US.

We generally ship most orders once a month. Please allow SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS from the time you place your order until the time your CD arrives. Printed handbooks can take longer. You can always click here for a shipping status.

We're a small, family-run business. We don't have the staff to ship every day. The vast majority of our customers watch their lessons online or download them. This is why we want everyone to know UP FRONT that it could take several weeks for your CDs to arrive.

That's why we strongly recommend you consider our FREE Online Delivery service where you can download your course materials and handbooks direct from our Web site without having to wait for a CD to arrive in the mail. Online Delivery is fast and easy. You can try a FREE sample lesson our Online Theater to make sure it will work for you.
 

YES, we do offer EXPEDITED shipping. For an additional $20 we will pack and ship your order the following business day. This does not include any additional fees for priority postage (so if you want it sent UPS Next Day, you will also pay that additional charge). If you want expedited shipping, contact customer service.
 

If you would like your courses mailed to you on CD, you pay one shipping & handling charge per order, for any number of courses or handbooks.

We currently ship worldwide via the United States Postal Service. Sorry, expedited shipping is not available. If you need your courses faster, please consider our FREE Online Delivery.
 

Which is better? That depends on your preference. Downloading your order will save you some money, as you don't have to pay for any shipping costs. Downloading your order will also get you learning faster, as you don't have to wait for your CDs to arrive. The online lessons are exactly the same as the lessons that come on CD. Only the delivery method is different.
