Non Receipt
of Order |
Q: I have not received my order yet.
Where is it? A: When your order is
packed for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email from our
shipping department detailing the date that your order was shipped and the
address it was shipped to. If you do not receive your order within TEN
(10) BUSINESS DAYS of the "Ship Date" on your
order from our order status page (or 20 business days for orders outside the US), then please
click here to contact us and let
us know it has been 10 days since your order was shipped and you have not
received it.
Also be sure to check the ADDRESS for your
order on our order status page and make sure it is correct. To be honest, most of the
time people complain about not receiving their order, it's because they
typed in their address incorrectly. Hey, it happens. Sometimes people miss
a digit or incorrectly key in a ZIP code. Since we ship hundreds of orders
a day, we cannot manually verify addresses. If you typed in your
address wrong, just let us know. If we can catch your order, or if it is
returned to us undeliverable, we will send it back out to you, but you'll
be asked to pay for the return postage.
Once we are notified that it has been 10 business days
since your order was shipped and you have still not received it, we will
attempt to track your order to the best of our abilities. If we are unable to locate
your order, we will ship out another copy free of charge to you.
