A: Our videos work with every version of Microsoft Windows from 2000 and up. You can play our videos using most versions of Windows Media Player, which comes with Windows, although we do recommend you download VLC Media Player which is a much better video player.

If you order a CD, you will need to have a CD or DVD drive in your computer to install our videos. We recommend a PC running at least 1 GHz with 1 GB of RAM. You will also need 20 to 50 MB of hard drive space per course installed. Our courses are full multimedia video and audio, so a sound card and speakers (or a headset) are required.

NOTE: Most of our courses now come on DVDs instead of CDs. These are computer DATA DVDs, not the kind of DVD that you can view in a DVD player (connected to your TV). If you do not have a DVD drive in your computer, please let us know before ordering and we'll send your courses on CD instead.

We do not officially support any NON-PC platforms (iPad, Android, Mac, etc.), however you can watch our lessons in our Online Theater using most types of web browsers or by downloading the video files to your device. See our WalkThru page for details.
