$1.00, we will move your email up to the top of the queue. You are
guaranteed a response by the close of the following business day, or
you
will not be charged.
No, we are not trying to make people have to
pay for customer service. However, we do get a very high volume of
email, and many of the questions we are asked are actually found in our
FAQs section. In order to provide fast customer
