listen using this mini sound player. This player has been tested (and
works fine with) the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome.

Why Audio Clips? |

This is something new I'm trying out. Answering
customer service emails with an audio message is so much faster for me
than typing, and I feel that most people would rather listen to a
message than read a screen full of information. Plus, it's a more
personal touch. I like it. I figured since most of you are watching my
video tutorials, you would have computers that can play sound files on
