Kevin, the splash screen isn't that hard. You just create another form that displays what you want, and either a timer event to turn it off (after 10 seconds, say) or a button to close it and proceed to your main form. The checkbox to determine whether or not to display it just needs to save a value (text file, database, registry, etc.) to determine whether or not to show it. Now, you want to do this in ACCESS or VB6?
