I need help enrolling students into classes at schools.
Our shop needs to track classes relevant to the students assigned to us. As the student requests a class from a school at a particular location, we need to quickly be able to input data so that we can track when that student was enrolled, where the school is located, the name of the school and class and what the start and end dates are.
Currently, the class table requires a school ID from the school table before a student can be enrolled. This is a problem because we first have to create the school, then go to the class table, create a class for the school, and then enroll the student in the enrollment table. Constantly going back and forth between 3 different forms is a pain when you need to enroll a lot of students.
Is there some way I could set up a form where we could select a student from the roster that we want to enroll, and either:
1. Select from an existing list of schools
2. Create a new school
And then subsequently:
a. Select an existing class /or create a new class b. Select an existing location /or create a new location c. Click an enroll button to enroll the student
