Curious to see if Microsoft's upcoming Windows 365 runs like traditional Windows and it's just a licensing model like Office, or if it's actually going to run like a Virtual PC, in which case, it's a big NO for me.

Windows 365 is built on Azure Virtual Desktop - doesn't look promising to not be virtual. I also hate the thought of my operating system being ran from the cloud. What if I don't have internet for a while and want to do some offline work?
According to this video, looks like W365 is going to be more of a "fool-proof" managed service for everyone, whereas with AVD you have full control over the PC.
