Remote Support Available

If you need help getting your tutorials installed, or if you need me to take a look at your Access database (or any other problem you're having on your computer), I now have REMOTE SUPPORT available.
Basically, I can connect directly to your computer over the Internet and take a look at your screen. I can either fix your problem for you, or show you how to fix it yourself. There's no need to email me any files, and I can see exactly what your computer is doing (perfect for those situations where people tell me something is generating an error message and I can't reproduce it on my end).
