When appointments are displayed in shorttime, the morning appointments are obviously listed first. When I change the Q to include a/p the Q doesn't order the time correctly. There is not a way to format the list box for time. How can I correct the order of appointments on a date so the morning appointments are listed first without switching back to shorttime? Thank you for your help.

Add a calculated field to you Query that displays the time in the format you want.
Sort by the Short Time format.
So the query will run in the correct order but it doesn't transfer to the list box. In thinking about this, my SQL statement for RowSource is:
SELECT [EventCalendarQ].[OrderId], [EventCalendarQ].[AppStartTime], [EventCalendarQ].[EventName] FROM EventCalendarQ WHERE EventStartDate>=Forms!DatePickerF!StartDate AND EventStartDate<Forms!DatePickerF!StartDate+1 ORDER BY [AppStartTime];
If I remove the ORDER BY [AppStartTime]; , will the rowsource follow the Q?
Or will I need to update all 42 rowsource code to reflect new ORDER BY field created with shorttime?

You will need to change [EventCalendarQ].[AppStartTime] to your new calculated field in the RowSource for all of your List Boxes. Shouldn't take too long with copy and paste.
