In this video, I will show you how to use Access as a word processor to print, send, and store all of your written correspondence to your customers. I'll also show you how to email it with one extra click.

Is there a way to store all of this in my Access database? I know you frown upon attachments, so storing Word documents in the customer's record is bad thing, right?
