Hi William. At what time does the video error out for you, exactly? I've had this happen before, but I just played this entire video and it worked OK for me.

Richard -
Stops at 0:44 but advancing a few seconds and continues fine.

That's so strange. It works on one of my machines, but not on another, and it errors out on my phone - and yep, that's the spot 44 seconds. You can click past it, but that's not something you want to have to do. I'll recompile the video and see if it goes away. Thanks for the heads up.

Recompiled. Uploading new copy now. Should take about 10 minutes.

Did the same thing. WEIRD! Trying a different compression mode.

Well, that didn't work. I'm on it guys... until I figured it out, you'll have to just click past 44 seconds for now but the video should resume.

OK... figured it out. Apparently, my initial attempt at recompiling the video DID fix the problem. However, once your browser has downloaded the video, it will stay in your cache. Browsers don't like to have to keep downloading the same big files over and over again. So you may have to clear your cache and let the video reload.

If you're using Google Chrome (which I recommend) then here are instructions: Clear Cache

OR.... an easier solution to save all ya'll some time.... I just renamed the file on the server. Added a "2" at the end. LOL. You should just have to reload this page in your browser and you'll be all set. :)
