Customer Service Forum

This forum is for customer service questions. If you have questions about the web site, what specific courses contain, how to view your lessons, or anything customer-service related. Post your question here and one of my site Admins or I will answer you as soon as we can.

Don't post technical questions here (like how do I do this in Access). Post those kinds of questions in the appropriate Forum. Unless you're asking which class a specific topic is covered in, or what lesson explains what you're looking for, please post elsewhere.

Before posting, be sure to read through some of the other questions posted below, as your question may have already been answered. You can also check the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) page for help, too.

Don't post personal data here. This is a public page. If your question contains sensitive info, you can contact me directly. Please also read my Customer Service Policy. Very important.

Why this Forum? Well, I get asked the same questions over and over again. This is a place where, hopefully, you can check to see if your question has been answered before emailing me. This saves me time, and you get your question answered faster. I try to update the FAQs page as often as I can, but this is easier for everyone.

Subscribe to this forum and receive an email update whenever new posts are added. You will also be notified by email if any conversations you are involved in receieve new comments.

I have gone through Beginner One as a video and in Beginner Two and Three they are old Theatre mp4 files. When do the courses only use the newer video method of presentation?
Thanks

I'm currently re-recording Beginner 2. It's a long, painful process. :(

Sounds like either an error loading the down load page or problem with the browser.
Try logging out of your account on this site.  Then log back on.

If that doesn't work you may need to log off, clear your browser cache, and restart the computer.
That should clear out all the memory and start you fresh.

I'm not aware of any webpage issues.

I haven't received any other complaints lately, so it's probably either an issue on your system or a temporary glitch. If weird things like this happen, wait 10 minutes, restart your browser, and try again. Let me know if you're still having problems, and let me know specifically what page/link gives you the error message.

Rick,
Did your email stop working this evening?  I've been on hold with them for over an hour and also started a chat session which replied "Sorry we missed you" AND placed a clickable link to Email them!!! Read More...

To whom are you referring? I use Gmail for 99% of my emailing.

I thought you mentioned in one of your videos and/or emails that you moved away from goDaddy and moved your domain registration to Hover, your email hosting to WebHostingPad, and your web hosting to WinHost.  My mistake...
