Using Sorting & Grouping Levels in Access 2010

Q: I have a table that shows service calls for various technicians on various dates. It looks like this:

I need to be able to show a report of service calls between two dates, grouped by technician, then grouped by the service call type, and I need to see the total number of service calls provided for that period. Can this be done?

A: Sure! You can use sorting and grouping levels in a report to make your data look like this:
