We are not able to personally return phone calls. If you leave your email address, however, we will respond as soon as possible via email. Sorry, but we just don't have the staff to personally call everyone back. We're an Internet-only business, and we get hundreds, if not thousands of inquiries a day. We did offer free phone support when we first opened, and we were swamped with calls. We just don't have the staff to handle it, nor the budget to hire more staff (unless we raise our prices significantly). Sorry, but we hope you understand. We want to provide a phone number for people who have difficulty typing. You can leave us a voicemail message and we'll get back to you by email. It is almost always faster, however, to email customer service. We only check the voicemail box once a week or so, whereas the customer service email is usually checked daily.
