For those of you who have taken my Microsoft Access Calendar Seminar, you can manipulate the date in the Calendar Control using the following code:
Calendar.Year = Year(Date)
Calendar.Month = Month(Date)
Calendar.Day = Day(Date)
If you want it to show the current date when you first open the form, put that code in the FORM_LOAD event. It will NOT work in the FORM_OPEN event.
Also, for those of you who have been THINKING about purchasing this seminar, but aren't sure if it's for you, I added a read-only copy of the database that we create in class so you can look it over. CLICK HERE to download it. This sample database is available for Access 2007 only, even though we do cover Access 2000 and 2003 in the class.
I'm finishing up the next new Access seminar right now, dealing with graphics and objects. It's fun. You'll like it.
