UPDATE (9/14/17): Everything is OK. Friends and family are all accounted for. Minimal damage to my house, thankfully. We have power and Internet, and things are getting back to normal. We were expecting 10 FEET of flooding, and fortunately it was only about 2 feet of storm surge, so that was fortunate. Some folks in my town aren't so lucky, and I'm doing what I can to help them out. So... sorry if I haven't had a chance to answer customer service emails in a few days. I'll get to you as soon as I can, but we're in the process of cleaning up and helping our neighbors and getting life back to normal.
------
Hey guys. My house (home office) is right on the path of the hurricane, and we're expected to get hit Sunday. I've decided to stay here, but I'm sure we'll probably lose power and Internet at some point. Not sure how long, but it could be weeks or even a month.
This will NOT effect the working of the web site for EXISTING customers, as my site is hosted on a GoDaddy server somewhere else in another state. You should still be able to log on and watch your classes.
However, NEW customers may be effected because all new orders have to be processed by my office server which sets up the new account and then uploads the data to the web server. So, if I'm completely without power and Internet, then there may be a delay in setting up new accounts. Sorry. I can do this even on a laptop with a cell phone, but if EVERYTHING is down, I may not be able to do anything about it.
Needless to say, I may have limited access to email, so customer service may be delayed. I'll get to you as quickly as I can, as soon as my Internet service is restored.
Hopefully the delay will be minimal, and we'll be back up and running quickly.
