Custom Access Error Messages Comment from Yolande Villeneuve @ 5/13/2015
My error message is "word could not merge the main document with the data source because the data records were empty or no data records matched your query options" When I go to my database the info are all there. I always do a backup but it does not work either. Please let me know if there is a costs as I would really like to know before being charged. Thank You!

assigned passwords not working. entered passwords and error came back that the password was wrong, are they case sensitive?

Reply from Alex Hedley:

Passwords are case sensitive.

"C" is different to "c" so if you password was "Cat" and you typed in "cat" these aren't the same.
