Excel Tip: 2D Matrix Lookups

In this new Microsoft Excel video tutorial, I'll show you how to perform a LOOKUP that requires 2 values. You can't perform a lookup like this with VLOOKUP alone. We'll use the MATCH and INDEX functions to create a conversion table between grams, kilograms, ounces, and pounds... but you can use this technique for ANY kind of multi-value lookup.
