Having
Problems? Let me take a look.If you're having trouble with whatever you're working on it, and you want me to take a look at it for you, the easiest way is for me to connect directly to your computer and see what you're seeing. Not only is this great for remote diagnostics, but it's an excellent learning tool for you as well. All you have to do is download and run this tiny little program, and that will allow me to connect right in to your screen. First, contact me either by the customer service form, or instant messenger, and set up a time that we'll both be available for me to help you. Next, download and install this small program. You can just click on the link and select OPEN to run the program directly. You can save it to your desktop if you want and run it from there (right-click, save target as...) but that's not necessary. And of course, Windows should warn you about safety issues, however I guarantee that this program is 100% virus-free and safe. It will establish a one-way connection to my server and then exit completely when we're done. You'll see it running in your system tray and can close the connection any time. It will not stay running on your computer when we're finished with our session. Now, as far as support and training rates go, obviously if I'm helping you with a problem related to getting my tutorials working - such as installation issues, problems with my software, etc. - then there is no charge for technical support related to your 599CD purchase. However, if I'm helping you out with any other kind of problem (like fixing your Access database), or teaching you something, then my normal rate is $1.50 per minute, or $25 per 20 minutes.
